Hexivon's modular unit-cell architecture is what makes scale-anywhere treatment possible. The same validated core technology configures from 1,000 to 150 million gallons per day. This page covers the architecture, capacity tiers, technical specifications, and deployment process.

The Hexivon Unit Cell

Each unit cell contains all three treatment stages — Collection, Water Stripping, and Mineralization — in a self-contained, modular configuration. Unit cells operate independently or link in parallel.

The modular architecture means capacity scales linearly — add cells, add capacity. No custom engineering required for each new project. Every cell uses the same validated components and proprietary photocatalyst material.

Every deployment produces the same result: non-detectable PFAS in treated water. Zero waste byproducts.

Unit Models

System Models &
Specifications

Each model has a specific flow capacity. Multiple units combine to reach any desired flow rate — 10 IW720 units achieve 15M GPD. The system scales from 10,000 GPD to 100M+ GPD.

Model Max Flow (GPD) Dimensions (L×W×H) Power (kW) Voltage
IW25 30,000 10′ × 8′ × 8′ 5 120V
IW100 125,000 20′ × 8′ × 8′ 18 230V / 120V
IW250 250,000 20′ × 8′ × 16′ 20 230V / 120V
IW430 500,000 40′ × 8′ × 16′ 22 230V
IW720 1,500,000 40′ × 8′ × 16′ 30 230V
Example: To achieve 15 million GPD, deploy 10 × IW720 units. Units combine in parallel — capacity scales linearly with no custom engineering.
Integration

Designed to Fit What You Already Have

Hexivon systems are engineered for in-line integration — connecting to existing pipe infrastructure without requiring new treatment buildings, major civil works, or operational shutdowns during installation.

Connects to existing pipe infrastructure without civil disruption
No new treatment building required in most configurations
SCADA and monitoring system integration available
Compatible with existing pumping and distribution infrastructure
Expandable capacity without full system replacement
Typical Site Requirements
Power supplyStandard 3-phase electrical
Civil worksMinimal to none
Chemical inputsNone required
Waste disposalNone — no waste stream
